Job Title: Operations Scheduler
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (based on experience) + Entitlements
Location: Emerald Office, QLD (Bowen Basin)
Hours: 5-day week (Mon–Friday)

As our Operations Scheduler, you will play a critical role in making this happen. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with our broad customer base to schedule jobs, allocate technicians, manage equipment logistics, and ensure compliance across personnel and vehicles—laying the foundation for smooth, high-quality service delivery.

  • Own the Schedule: Publish the rolling 4-week plan, lock in site logistics, and keep crews fully utilised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan & Publish the 4-week master schedule and weekly roster.

  • Allocate compliant technicians, vehicles, and plant within labour-hour budgets.

  • Lock In Logistics—EWPs, scaffolding, cranes, accommodation.

  • Safeguard Compliance ensure licences, inductions, or vehicle registrations are kept up to date.

  • Adapt & Communicate re-plan for weather, breakdowns, or client changes and keep all stakeholders informed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Exposure to scheduling, rostering, or maintenance planning is a bonus— however, attitude and aptitude matter more than experience to our team, training and full support are provided.

  • Proven success in fast-moving environments where priorities can change at short notice.

  • A genuine customer-first mindset – our support is our reputation, and we need people who understand this priority.

  • Outstanding communication & organisation - you keep multiple stakeholders aligned and maintain crystal-clear plans everyone can follow.

  • Ability to build strong, positive relationships across operations, clients, and field crews.
